The holy source

on Sunday called Xjuschas to his father and invited his daughter and me, go with him and his wife on the Volga. We said of course. But of course, is all a bit differently than planned, because when the car was ready for pick up at the door, it was already light mist followed by snow raised. Xjuschas father changed his plans because he was afraid we would get lost on the wide, frozen river Volga.
We drove into the unknown - that is, everyone knew where the journey, not just me. When I asked, grinning at me Xjuscha mysteriously and said, "You'll see ..." We drove through small villages and were fabulous after about an hour at the finish, "the sacred spring"
We got out. As far as the eye could see snow-covered fields. I slipped my eye on and finally caught sight of our goal. We ran to the cottage. Heading Xjuscha told me, why exactly this source is sacred: they are not too cold. I'm now on something of a hot spring, but when we arrived at the brook, it was steaming not, as it is for a hot spring in combination of cold temperatures heard. Xjuschas father now filled spring water from a plastic bottle. We also completed our battered bottle. According to a traditional belief that water is sacred, and also helps to alleviate disease.
On this holy place were three small pools (one outdoor and two in a wooden house), which were filled with said water. Here, it was explained to me that people could wash away all sin.
Whether holy water or not - it is very intriguing why the water does not freeze despite -10 ° C outside temperature. Every now touched the spring water. It was cold - intended only 5 ° C ...
belongs to a sacred place, of course, a religious building, and so was not far from the source, on a hill, a small cathedral. Xjuscha and I scrambled up the hill, took some photos and is disappointed that the cathedral was closed. There

At a place like it quite a lot of prohibitions and Guidelines: Here pictures from the trip. Here is the sign. (The usual: do not smoke, drink, curse, laugh loud, talk loud, lewd clothing, properly dispose of waste, etc.)

In this house, two pools

Happy swimming, biting

All in all, we were not very long at the source, so Xjuschas father decided to make a detour on the way back to the Volga. Honestly, I had someone say that the Volga flows directly in front of me, I would have long gone times even then ... it really is very wide - but the other side is still visible. Here, on the banks of the Volga, there is also a place to write down what love their name - or say rather, scribble. Images:.

The Volga (I'll probably go again) Then went even some skis! By the way, here is ice fishing a popular hobby - especially among pensioners. It is not unusual for older men with Esbohrer and fishing rod found in a trolley.

vows of love - The entire site is to this "decorated"

goes with us zzt. to the flu. In any case, there are already so many cases of disease that some schools were closed for a short time - unfortunately, does not apply this for my school - would be to have also been nice free ...

Tuesday evening saw Xjuscha and I returned to a film, which in this case both and well known in Germany is: "Two chicks ear" or in Russian "pretty boy". Who would have thought that I would see the German movie, which was with us all summer in theaters played up and down, the first time in Russian in Russia. Whatever: The movie is great, but like a part me better.

the way, since I've stopped going to the training, I am now three times a week for one hour of jumping rope. Since I will not do without a hobby, I decided on Thursday to meet me kind of dream: belly dance. Just around the corner there is a dance school, which "Eastern Dances taught. On Thursday I took my ersten Tanzstunde teil und bin hellauf begeistert.

I also bought a gift for my mother - I do not have 5 months until I fly back to Germany, but according to German Planungswütigkeit I begin sooner rather than too late to look for souvenirs together. (Mom, if you're reading this: Nae Nae, I will not say what you receive Here's a hint: It's really Russian, and you've always wished some time ago and now once again determined forget ...)
Then I went to a marshrutka to the apartment.

This weekend we'll probably waste.

My father spoke to me the other day about store opening times an.

Pictures do go "
