second Months went by ...
Sunday morning was uneventful.
At 17:00 clock, I was Zhenya (who called me a week earlier as a spy) picked up the theater. It may Strange as: 16 year old girl's 20-year-old Russian into the theater without any accompaniment. But Zhenya is truly an example of a gentleman you will read it again.
We got into a taxi. So an old car with a taximeter and the driver. We conversed in English. Zhenya had recently been to America and does not want his English skills can be forgotten. I will only be good, because I realize how rusty my own ability to speak in this language slowly but surely. The driver peered interested in the rearview mirror. While our English conversation Zhenya changed now and into Russian, since he already had some words omitted. The driver peered even more interested. Finally, he asked Zhenya:
"Where is she?"
Zhenya ". From Germany"
rider: "She speaks really good English and Russian, apparently,"
Me: "thank you"
Zhenya: "I tell 'But you're a spy! "
The driver grins and I argue again with a smile. In the theater we saw
a comedy - very funny! I knew at least roughly the plot.
On the way to the restaurant we talked. Zhenya says the next time he would be necessarily show a Chuvash Theater - in general I have a feeling that he explained to my personal tourist-guide ... me has to be right! :) Finally I asked him how his full name was. He called him. I looked at him. He called again. I can never express in life! To my relief, he offered me to call him Jack, as did his friends in America.
We went to a restaurant that offers dishes from Uzbekistan. In such I've never been. Jack chose a result of my inexperience and lack of understanding of the Russian menu a dish for me-very tasty! I ate dumplings, which were filled with minced meat and to sour cream.
We chatted the whole evening. There was something of a reunion with an old friend. He finally said, that I was no sign of being only 16 - he did talk to the feeling with a peer. As I said, his presence is very refreshing times no Milchbubi. He is constantly positive mood, laughing a lot and talks a lot. He gave me some tips regarding life in Russia. First golden rule is in front of the male creatures here to be careful. He said he himself would go 3 times a week for martial arts, because he felt safer. And if I wanted, he would sometimes take me there. Second Golden Rule: Whoever attempts in Russia could become a vegetarian to equate the golden shot, he said. The winter is cold and there must be energy-containing food can be taken. And then he said something else that I provided food for thought: "Russia can not be understood with the mind-only with the heart." I refrain at this point every comment and let the sentence act as individuals.
At ten I was back home in Russia. He could not take with me right in front of the door - after all, could the elevator get stuck!
Wonderful evening I've had the best amused and I had to pay nothing-not a single door open myself. A great way to celebrate his 2 month stay in Cheboksary.
announced on Monday at a high visit. As I said, every time I think I know what to I come to something unexpected happens. So I still believed on Monday that he would do me a relaxed, almost boring holiday weekend, but since announcing the man at my host mother. He currently works in Murmansk, which is why I had never seen him before. But this much I know: He means everything to my host mother. I feel put on a sort of trial. My knowledge of Russian, so my appearance. So far he is not more than that I'm from Germany and have been paying attention to his daughter know. When my host mother told him the other day like this, he only asked her if she was not quite right in the head. to entrust his daughter to a stranger!
So I was all day a little jittery, where "something" untertrieben ist.
Mein Papa! Ich liebe meinen Papa!“
Said Dad taught the word to me. And he said now has three daughters, Dasha, and I've Ksjoscha. He began by similarities between Russian and German mentality to speak. He talked a lot and makes me feel clever, once again was how little I understand. He often joked. For example, he looked at the apple pie on the table. "Is not the scharlottka?" And I saw (band Lotta) at this grinning. In the course of the evening, he said, "Then let us cut the time scharlottka" Looks at me and says, "Now you have to shout," nneeiiin! Please do not! "
In general it can be described as highly educated, cheerful and witty man. Nevertheless, the feeling to be examined, not entirely disappeared.
10 days he will have to do business in Cheboksary and then fly back to Murmansk.
On Tuesday Dasha went to kindergarten. The last week it has always been home and was looked after by the mother, as Dasha had chickenpox. However, it was no ordinary
of kindergarten for the little girl. It was spent by her father. She grinned from ear to ear as their hero (again in an impressive uniform) took her by the hand and with her left the apartment.
my host mother, however, it was not good, despite the presence of her husband. All morning she sat nervously in the kitchen and lernte.
In the evening we went to Ksjoschas father because Jana (the daughter of his partner) its 11th Birthday celebrated. We ate extensively, talked and went back after two hours.
On Wednesday I worked a little for the German power exchange, which is waiting for me after my exchange year. I read something in "Hamlet." Then I went to my
sport. Terrible. Beginning of the month also means a new sports program and more new, strange contortions which no one can really imitate.
Good night!
